2. Intended use of registry
The processing of personal data is based on the legitimate interest of the company in managing of the customer relationship and/or contract.
The purpose of processing personal data:
- provision and development of our products and services
- fulfilment of our agreements and other promises and obligations
- management of customer relationships
- handling of contacts
- advertising and marketing of our products/services
- inviting potential customers to our events
3. Data contained in registry
In connection with the customer registry, we only process the following information in order to take care of sales and marketing activities related to TRB’s business: company name, contact person’s name, address, e-mail, telephone and billing information, gender, age range, position, or other work-related information. We only acquire information from the customers themselves.
4. Cookies
The TRB website uses cookies. Cookies are small files that the website sends to the user’s device and stores in the user’s browser as the user browses the website. When the user returns to the website, the website can retrieve the information stored in the cookie and thereby acquire information on the user’s previous actions on the website.
When you visit the TRB website, a cookie may be stored on your device to facilitate the use of our website. You can prevent the use of cookies by changing your browser settings. However, this can slow down the functionality of TRB’s website and even block access to some of its parts. We do not disclose data in the customer registry to third parties.
7. Protection and storage of data
The registry containing personal data is located in a protected server room and is password-protected. Only those of our employees entitled to process customer data as part of their work are allowed to use the data.
The data are retained only for as long as appropriate and in accordance with the law and the Accounting Act. A customer may personally request the deletion of his or her data if the customer relationship has ended.
8. Inspection and modification of data
The data subject has the right to inspect what data concerning him or her are being stored in the customer registry. Inspection requests are addressed to the data controller.
